Greetings,

It was starting to look like spring, and then we get a Blizzard. At CCSP not a whole lot of snow, and then we missed the next storm which went south of us. So, we could have been hit worse. Not a whole lot to say at this point. As you can see in the pictures, a couple of warm days and what snow there is will be gone. The cracks in the ground are pretty impressive. Wet soil freezes deep. It looks like the winter wheat has a chance. I think the bigger size of the wheat this year will help it survive. This is probably the most vulnerable time for winter wheat. We just don’t need really cold weather with no snow. It sounds like this week will get nice. I hope so!
